Lisa Fleming

Managing Director

With her 17 years’ experience within the transport sector, she also has a Transport Manager CPC and will have completed her LLB course in the next two years to enable her to become a transport lawyer.

She manages all aspects of the business including performance against KPI’s, supporting and representing at public inquiries, undertakes transport and DVSA Earned Recognition audits and ensures the business is meeting all ISO 9001 standards.

In her spare time, Lisa enjoys spending valuable time with her family, she is a big supporter of the local area and supports many charities by taking part in runs, horse racing nights and even sponsoring local dog shows! (We know, we don’t know how she finds the time too, she really is a super-woman!)

Stephen Gosnay

Commercial Director

His job is primarily customer facing, helping our clients with their compliance requirements, attending client meetings and being the go-to transport expert, he also likes getting involved with our suppliers too.

He recently passed his Transport Manager CPC and brings a wealth of commercial expertise to the company with his varied background, including working in the world of telecommunications, commercial laundry and printing.

He’s a passionate Middlesbrough football supporter and actually once played at their ground, the Riverside Stadium! He’s also completed many charity events including abseiling from the Transporter Bridge in Middlesbrough, taken part in The CEO Sleepout and ran in the Great North Run in memory of his best friend.

Jess Atkins

Compliance Manager

Jess joined us as a law graduate with previous experience as a branch manager for a specialist driver recruitment company, she is IOSH qualified and also has her Transport Manager qualification.

Her role in the team involves HR, transport audits, creating and implementing policies and procedures and working with clients to get them to that all important compliant level.

Prior to joining us, she left her previous role and travelled the world for six months, she got stuck in San Francisco when the Covid pandemic hit (we know what you’re thinking, there’s definitely worse places to be shipwrecked!), she luckily made it back, however, so she could join the Logico team!

Wendy Heather

Telesales Executive

Her vast customer service knowledge and ability to engage with clients is crucial in her pivotal role within the company which involves converting DVSA Earned Recognition Scheme enquiries, arranging appointments for public inquiries, liaising with potential clients and helping the business increase sales.

In her spare time she enjoys playing the trumpet and writing children’s stories (not at the same time we’d like to add), her dream is to one day have one of her stories published, so watch this space!

Tyler Washington

Compliance Administrator

His role involves helping companies comply with laws and regulations such as driving infringements, assets being serviced and making sure that drivers complete daily defect checks. He’s in regular communication with our clients and enjoys seeing companies reach and maintain their compliance status.

Tyler successfully passed his level 3 in business (gaining a distinction) while at Logico and also has a BTEC qualification in Business and Law from Durham Sixth Form College.

In his spare time, Tyler trains and competes in mixed martial arts, he’s also a blue belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and also regularly competes in competitions (we all know not to get on the wrong side of Tyler!).

Kelly Washington

Business Manager

After working in the care sector for many years as a deputy manager, she has built up a wealth of experience in HR, administration and payroll, transferring these skills into the transport sector has been a brilliant new challenge for Kelly and one which she is thoroughly enjoying.

As she learns more about the industry, Kelly is putting her experience and knowledge into assisting with public inquiry support and assisting with our training department.

As a self-confessed handbag hoarder, she has a huge collection and loves shopping for new designs. Kelly has also recently become a member of her local gym which she is really enjoying (we’re thinking she needs more strength to carry all those bags 😊).

Anna Smith

Business Development

My role at Logico is Sales Executive, which is customer facing, attracting new clients into the business, selling Logico products including all aspects of training, digital management systems and external audits to transport and haulage companies nationwide.

My background is 22 years in local government, working with internal and external customers/clients. Securing and overseeing contracts and project plans within different business areas. I am also NEBOSH and ISOH qualified.

I’m a mum of two children and my hobbies outside of work include, walking my two dogs and visiting different places inside and outside the UK.

Michelle Fox

Transport Consultant

Helping customers with all transport compliance requirements. Assisting with process improvements needed from transport audits. Tachograph analysis, ensuring defect reporting is completed and vehicle maintenance management.

Enjoy a challenge making improvements on compliance processes for a successful transformation.

Almost 10 years experience in transport compliance working for a global logistics company in the home retail division. 😊).
